LIABILITY WAIVER:

I , parent of , agree that I and RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Singers Company, LLC or its principals, the director, Wendy & Lucy Spencer, or any of her assistants from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me or my child, or to any property belonging to me or my child, while participating in Singers Company activities, while in, on or upon the premises where the activities are being conducted, except for injury or loss resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence. I understand that my child will be interacting with other children and neither Singers Company, LLC, nor Wendy & Lucy Spencer or her assistants will be responsible for the actions of other children. I further understand that the director Wendy & Lucy Spencer is independent of Singers Company, LLC and is not an employee, agent, or principal of Singers Company, LLC and Singers Company, LLC is not responsible for the conduct of Wendy & Lucy Spencer.
